I hope you are fine. Being a common man I am very confused about future of our country. I am confused because you say only politicians have right to discuss and create laws regarding public welfare. I am confused because your loyal ministers think that protest against corruption is directly related to protest against government. I am confused because a minister who is directly involved in 2g scam is in drafting committee of strongest anti corruption law. I am confused because how a party can fight against corruption whose own ministers are involved in multi crore scams. And all my confusions lead to an anger which force me to support Anna Hazare and his team.
We got independence almost 64 years ago, still we have 40% our population below poverty line. Daily thousands of people die because of hunger. Many hardly manage to get food for one time. Who is responsible for all these? Who is the murderer of all those innocent persons who die because of hunger?
Being a common man I ask you what your party has done in its almost 50 years rule? Is this not a sufficient time for a party to make this country developed? According to a data total scam amount in 50 years of your rule is more than 40lakh crores. We want our money back. By hook or by crook, who cares !!
Can you please tell ‘we people’, what is the achievement of CBI in 2G scam or any other scam like that? CBI spent 251 crores in investigation of boforce scam(64 crores), and ultimately gave clean chit to the main accused. It is up to CBI to book the real thieves in 2G scandal. But our concern is to get our money back. Are we going to get the money from the thieves? Will CBI be able to attach the properties of the looters? Will they get the deposits these crooks have made in overseas banks in Malaysia or Mauritius?
I accept the fact that we don’t have a strong opposition, but it doesn’t mean that our selected government also start behaving in same manner. It seems that only Supreme Court, not your government, is interested in taking action against corrupts. Most of the investigations were carried out on direction of Supreme Court.
We know you are supreme power of this country. So we have many hopes from you. You have power do decide things, what your ministers can’t decide. I request you to kindly look at common people. I request you to look at a poor man who wants to get a BPL card but can’t get because of corruption. We have to pay bribe even to get death certificates and birth certificates.
Likewise there are many issues regarding a common man which is impossible for me to write in first letter to you. Please look at all those issues and then decide the future of this great country and ensure participation of common man in making any law. If something wrong happens people will never forget you and your party. We still remember the power of vote.
