My first visit to an Orphanage

Today our Vatsana family went to an orphanage.Seriously,It was the best experience of my life.We always complaint of little things in our life.I don't have good mobile,I don't have good house,I have not been to USA,,,blah blah..blah...and our complaint list goes endless.Have we ever thought about those children who don't even have parents to fulfill their needs.Forget about visiting US or France, they have not even been to the nearby cities. Our selfishness have grown to such level that we don't even bother thinking about those children, forget helping them.

There were many children in that orphanage who were hardly 5-6 years old. Now imagine, what was our condition when we were 5 yrs old?? How many types of chocolates and fruits our parents used to bring for us? We may not remember the number exactly but we can surely say that we lived a much comfortable life. In orphanage those children don't even ask you for a toy. But instead of all these I saw one thing which was more precious than anything else, that was their smile. It makes you forget all your problems and gives you a lot of inspiration and energy.Seriously, even after losing all their comfort they have maintained a smile which is priceless. They are so disciplined that one can never think of becoming like them.

The worst thing I felt about them was that their life is limited to those four walls of the room. Everything they do and learn is only withing the walls of the house. But instead of all these they don't have any complaints.Within minutes of meeting them they started mingling and playing with us.It was a priceless moment for me. I could  do nothing but only wish to stop that moment for my entire life.My heart was full of emotions. I Wanted to give my everything to those children.
Finally, i can only say that becoming part of the visiting Orphans family has been an amazing experience I never could have imagined. And the work done by the organization which is taking care of those children is just fabulous.God bless them. There is a new world waiting for those children outside those four walls of the room.
